"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Another nifty exercise idea, I guess, would be to tie ropes around the chrome part of this bar, with weights on the end of them. Five pound, two and a half pound, whatever it is that your wrists can take until you increase in strength, and just roll them up. It's very simple. It's just another way to develop your forearm. When you roll them up, you'll notice that it works the outer part of your forearm. And when you roll them back down if you want to turn the bar this way, depending on which way the rope is winding up, you can exercise the inner part of your forearm. Either way, it's just a great idea. An easy way to develop your strength."
