"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. This part of the exercise with the tension bar is where you put it over your head. This is, of course, after you've more or less mastered the palm down bending and the up palm bending. Remember, stationary with the elbows. This is one is the over head. This helps develop all sides of your rotators. And also, you keep your wrist bent like that as best you can. Its okay if they give and straighten out a little bit, but you want to look something like this. And on your last rep, hold on for five, four, three, two, one."
