"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. We'll just talk about strength training and also about technique. First exercise. This has a lot of nicknames. Tension grip, grip strengthener, gripper, grip. All you have to do is squeeze it. Give it, give it your personal best, let's say forty repetitions. And then let's say we get to forty and you hold it for five seconds. Four, three, two, one. And then release slowly, five seconds. Five, four, three, two, one. just like that. This helps develop the inner forearm. Coordinating all the strength in the tendons which need coordination, which is essential whenever you bend your wrist to take your opponent. These tendons tend to injure very easily, so in strengthening them, you are actually preparing them for each match. After doing several reps of these, it's a great warm-up, it's a great trainer, depending on how far you go with the exercises. Either way, it's just one of the most effective tools in strength training."
