Johnny Raimbo here, and I guess we'll talk about a little history of arm wrestling. It was traditionally referred to as wrist wrestling, and it started in California back in 1952. A little town, it was northern California, known as Petaluma. It was a couple of guys, they were bored, at least I imagine that's what they were doing. They were like oh what do we do today, oh let's test each other?s strength. Alright so we have Bill Subarani, and Jon Bergusson and I think it was Dave Devoto. Three important names that helped start this come lately type of craze that relatively speaking was not a sport, but these guys with such high hopes, and drive, and passion, made it so. Continuing on the history of arm wrestling. 1969 it was made popular through ABC's Wide World Of Sports. Since then it's just gained popularity through The Learning Channel, CBS, and all over the internet. Now you have internet shopping for arm wrestling. Closing the history of arm wrestling. It pretty much just keeps gaining in popularity and it's something that I would like to share with the average joe, like myself."
