" Hi, I’m Jim from Zoar Outdoor on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this segment we’re going to be talking about fishing gear and especially fly fishing. On the subject of fanny packs and what you need to carry, let me just go through my own personal collection so you can see the representations of what kinds of stuff you use in the field. Where you could carry water, I carry a small digital camera in a water proof box, it’s very convenient so you can take pictures of your buddies or that trophy fish or some item of beauty that just captures your inspiration. On the front of this on the outside pocket I have various tippets that I can use to change my liters up and so on these different kinds of tippet I have all the way from 0 to 7X, so that’s really quiet versatile and gives me access in a big hurry to the things I need. On the second pocket I’ve arranged it so that I carry my liters and I have hand tied liters of different lengths and configuration as well as knotless commercial liters. In addition with quick access on a string I have clippers so that I can cut the line and retie my knots in a hurry. I have a liter gage which I can use to tell how thick the different tippet lengths thicknesses are. I have a hook sharpener, which is a diamond hone, so that I can sharpen up my hooks if I tick them on a rock or I need to improve the quality of the edge and I have a hemostat which serves a lot of different purposes removing hooks, picking up flies and the like: it’s a nice little tool to have along. It’s all on a string so I can just grab it a wheel, store it in here in this pocket like this along with my liters. I can hang the clipper out if I need to use it frequently or I can store inside but it’s there and it’s out of the way."
