"One thing you want to keep in mind when you're putting your water ski on, I'm just demonstrating this on dry land, however when you're in the water, you want to wet this binding. It will allow it to slide on much easier. You want to take it all the way back so it's completely enlarged. Then you slip your foot in, and jam your toe as far up as you can and then adjust it as tight as you can get it. The tighter the better, when you're a beginner, that way it keeps you from having to put it back on each time you fall. The same with the other ski. When you're in the water, these things will move around, so you want to keep this one pointed out as best you can. You can see it's a struggle to get them on dry land, you can imagine when you're out in the water. Try and keep them completely...almost like a duck, separated. Try and keep your heels together. Otherwise, you'll get this, and when they start doing that, it can be a real struggle."
