"This is Jeff Wilkins for Expert Village. Today I'll be tying the "Bunny Leach". I'm going to start quickly just by going over the materials, we're going to use a 6/0 thread, uni-thread. A streamer hook, this is a Mustad 79580. You can use TM Coat 52-62 or 52-63, either of those. You don't have to tie this as a cone head, but we're going to use a cone. This is a size medium cone, this is a number 8 hook and the body is going to be a cross-cut rabbit strip. You can see the rabbit strip here. The hair goes not straight off the hide, but at an angle. That's what you need to wrap the body with. And the tail we're going to tie from a regular rabbit strip. This is a shar truse, this is going to give it a little bit of color. You can tie them either solid or two-tone, either one is fine. And then the flashavoo; this is an accent we're going to add for the tail which will give it a little bit of sparkle and flash."
