"Alright, let's talk about what you're going to need to get started in order to become an expert runner. Running is a very inexpensive sport, however, there are a couple of essentials that you are going to need in order to run safely and effectively. First and foremost I suggest buying a good pair of running shoes. I recommend buying a good pair of shoes because you might end up with ankle injuries, knee injuries, shin splints, various other injuries that you don't want to end up having. So first and foremost, a good pair of running shoes. Secondly, comfortable running clothing. You don't have to spend a lot of money here. You need a few good essentials. Secondly, I recommend buying a couple of good running shorts and running shirts. The best fabric to buy is not cotton but rather than that a dry wick fabric, which won't absorb the sweat and leave it heavy against your skin, but it will wick away the sweat. So, running short, you can either buy spandex or you can buy comfortable running shorts. Ladies, I recommend a really good sports bra as well and if you want to invest a little bit more money you can even buy running sunglasses and running hats. You might also want to buy a running watch. You don't have to go crazy here either. You can go to Target and buy a watch for twenty to thirty dollars, just so you can keep track of your time. And, you can even buy a heart rate monitor, you can also buy a sports bottle holder, but those are other things that you might want to buy down the road. Shoes and comfortable clothing are what you only really need in order to start running."
