"The next stretch I'm going to show you is for your back, your upper back and your lower back. I'm going to show a couple of different variations as well. The first stretch I'm going to show you is a standing stretch. And what i need you to do is just set up your form; feet about hip width apart. You're going to bring your arms out in front of your body. Cross one hand over the other. And from here, I need you to round your shoulder blades, ok. So you want to round out those shoulder blades, that upper back. Holding that Abs, keeping your neutral posture. And think of pressing your hands out. So you feel this stretch right along your upper and mid back, ok. Now I'm going to show you a couple of variations as well. If you have a pole or a surface that you can hold onto, wonderful. You're going to hold onto your surface, your pole, and you're going to step away from that pole keeping your feet apart. I want you to keep your back nice and flat. And you're going to think about just dropping your hips behind you. Ok, so just let your hips fall, keeping those Abs in tight. And now you should feel this stretch, not in your mid back. Not in the middle of your back, but along your Lats, Ok. It?s going to feel wonderful for the Lats. Just keep your head down. And you can sit deeper into this. And you can also switch it up a little bit; you can reach out; take your right hand, and rotate your torso a little bit. You'll feel it a little bit deeper. And then you can switch sides as well. So if you work at a desk job, your backs tight, lot of stress in the neck. It?s a wonderful stretch that you can do for your back."
