" this segment of how to cure your slice I'm going to relate slicing a golf ball or hooking a golf ball to bowling. Oh, I know what you're thinking. "Bowling, is not up my alley!" That was good, you have to admit. If you could bowl a hook, you could hit a hook. If you could spin a bowling ball in this direction, you could spin a golf ball in this direction. And, this is how you do it. When you hold the bowling ball to through a hook, you're arm and hand, they don't go straight. They go a little to the inside towards your body. Then, your arm and hand goes out towards the gutter. Oh, no, that would be a gutter ball! Correct. But while it's going out towards the gutter your hand and arm spin open. In golf that's called the release. It's in, over, and out. In, over, and out. Now, if you go in, out, and over, that's not going to hook. Why? Because, you threw the ball in the gutter and then you went like this and somehow you don't have that same power that I do, JJ the magician. You have to turn it over while the bowling ball is still in your hand to make it hook. Similarly in golf. If you swing in and out and turn over here, it's not going to hook the ball. You have to turn over before the club head gets to the ball. So, it's in, over, and out. It's in, over, and out. In, over, and out. Bowl a hook to hit a hook. See you at the lanes!"
