"Hi! I am Jason Wyatt head golf professional here at Sunningdale Golf and Country Club and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com, I am here to show all your lefties how to stand correctly posture wise to the golf shot. I have got my left hand golf club here and my ball, what I am doing again is we set up with the golf club first, always make sure that is the key, we got our stances we just talked about, now our posture, what I would like to do is stand up nice and straight with the golf club out in front of me, from here we gently flex our knees and this is the best part… poke out our derrière so that we create a nice spine angle, what I mean by spine angle is that we are standing nice and straight, we want a spine angle, we are on a nice angle here, okay so now the angle is straight up through my head, from there the golf club goes down and now we are in the perfect position to hit the golf shot, so quickly once again golf club out in front slightly flex you knees, poke out our bum so now we have a nice angle, spine angle and down goes the golf club. Use this each time you go to hit a golf shot. It will help you line up correctly, it will help you be in the perfect posture every time, use that simple drill and you will hit better golf shots."
