"In a previous clip I showed you how to do shoulder stand. In this one I am going to show you plow, or hilasino which is a great way to come out of shoulder stand. So as you lay back on your back, kick your legs over your head. If you can't touch the floor behind you, a great way is to rest your behind into your hands. If you're more flexible and can do it, what you'll want to do is touch your feet to the floor behind you. And at that point, if your feet are touching the floor behind you, then you can bring your hands down to the floor. And slowly round through the back, extending out through the feet. Then as you're ready, if you want an additional stretch, even though I'm looking towards you, make sure you keep your head straight. It's very important for your neck. If you want an additional stretch, you can bend your knees toward your head and squeeze your temples with your knees or your ears. About right in that area. And then slowly as you're ready to come down, press your hands toward the ground. Using that, taking weight in your hands and in your back, and slowly roll yourself down. And you can fold your legs in or extend them all the way down, and just hug your knees toward your chest. And that's the last of the plow pose."
