How to Make a Feint Look Real in Advanced Sabre Fencing

"JASON SHERIDAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Jason Sheridan of Sheridan Fencing Academy here in New York City. Today, we're going to talk about advanced sabre fencing. To make the feint appears real, it's important that it mimics the beginning, the look of a real attack. Watch what happens when one of them will make couple of attacks in a row, either feint or direct attack, and the other needs to parry. The goal of each here is to actually score. So her goal was to actually hit with the attack. Her goal was to actually hit with a parry-riposte, and this was successful. Now, Emma will make the attack either directly or with feint. This direct attack was successful. This time her attack was parried and the riposte scored."
