"JASON SHERIDAN: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Jason Sheridan of Sheridan Fencing Academy here in New York City. Today, we're going to talk about advanced sabre fencing. There are many different kinds of preparation depending on the distance and what you are trying to achieve. If, for example, you're fencing your opponent and you're both very close, there's a lot of in and out movement and changes of distance and direction in order to be able to be very surprising. Watch carefully. They're both going to be moving as though as it's in close distance trying to make attack. Fence. We'll do it again. Notice, they're both trying to be loose, in and out, very surprising and some explosive changes in movement. Once again, excellent. Again, the key here is surprise so the opponent does not know when the attack is coming. One last time, excellent."
