" Now, let’s talk about jumping on. This part is where you can definitely get hurt so you need to make sure you know what you’re doing. So many times, I’ve seen people run and jump on it and they jumped on it incorrectly and they’ve flown the air and gotten hurt. So basically, you have your board, it’s sliding along. The important thing is you want to jump on with two feet, as appose to jumping on like you were running towards it and running on like this. Definitely, don’t want to do that. That’s how you’re going to get hurt, because when the pressure goes on the back of the board you’re going to slip out from under you. So you want jump two feet like that so that it slides along and so that the weight is dispersed evenly. The way your feet should be…You should be facing towards…Depending on what you’re footing is, you should be facing the water or facing the other end of the beach. Basically, your stance should be pretty much like this. Different people feel definitely comfortable, but if you’re standing like this you’re definitely off. If you’re up here, you’re way out of line. If you’re down here, you’re not going anywhere. So basically, just practice that first before you start going crazy. Make sure you’re doing it slow at first because if you come high speed and jump on it and fall down. It’s going to hurt a lot more than if you started going slower. "
