"Alright, so you've just got to remember that when we're doing these tricks, you're not going to get these all in one day, it's going to take a lot of time, a lot of practice. With each trick, you've got to really make sure you're mastering you know, basic cartwheels, your roundoffs. Back handsprings are again, remember, you want to do these with a spot, with a professional that's going to help you. You don't want to just start throwing these on your back yard trampoline or your bed at your house, or on the ground. You really need to focus that you're not going to get these in one day; it's going to take some practice. So, just take some time, be patient with yourself when you're learning back handsprings and back tucks. Remember you always want to be with a spotter. And like I said, if you do stuff safe, you do stuff fun, you're going to have a lot of fun with gymnastics. Gymnastics is a great sport to get into. You can go far, you can go just basic stuff, you can do tumbling. If you want to check it out, you can just go down to your local gym, see what programs they have for you. You could do tumbling, there's a lot of all around sports. But like I said, as long as you have fun, you have a safe time; you're going to have a lot of fun. Just don't push yourself too hard and make sure you practice a lot."
