"Now we're going to talk about practicing and putting together all three of the tricks that we learned: the roundoff back handspring and back tuck all together. What you're going to want to do, is you've really got focus on actually landing in a sitting chair position, which is going to be tough because you sit in a chair out of your roundoff and then when you hit in your back handspring, you land straight up and down for your back tuck. So you'll have to think about putting those tricks all as separate tricks individually. So, when we practice, we're going to want to practice round off, sit, back handspring, straight. So instead of landing just on rebound and punch, you're going to want to try and land more straight up and down to set up for that back tuck. So we're going to really really focus on doing roundoff, back handspring, big set, land. Roundoff, back handspring, big set, land. And then we'll start going round off, back handspring, back tuck and stick. What's going to help with that is doing your roundoff back handspring, back handspring sequence. That's going to get you down for sitting in that chair, sitting in that chair, rebound. If you can do that rebound at the end of the roundoff back handspring, back handspring, that means you're pretty much ready to do the roundoff back handspring, back tuck with the amount of power that you're going to get for it."
