"Now that we've got our roundoff back handsprings down, we're going to be talking about our round off back tucks. Again, in those roundoffs keep them nice and stretched out but this time instead of landing in our chair, we're going to land in a straight up and down position like this. Slightly bent knees a little bit, but when we hit we're going to punch up, big set, reach up for the sky and tuck. So remember, when we land our roundoff, we land straight up and down, not leaning back, not leaning forward because this is our rebound, this is our back handspring and this is our back tuck. So big set, reach up to sky, take your knees up to your chest and stick."
