"Now we've practiced our cartwheels, roundoffs, back handsprings and back tuck we're going to start putting this stuff together. Doing a roundoff back handspring is pretty simple once you've gotten all the basics down, putting everything together in separate orders. The back tucks we'll probably do a little bit later, but for now we're going to start with just a roundoff back handspring and work on that. When we're starting our roundoff back handspring, we're not just going to start from just a dead stop roundoff. You can, but it's a lot easier to do a running roundoff so we're going to do a running roundoff into our back handspring. You'll want to do at least two or three steps into your roundoff and again, we're going to really think about hitting that position. Where we do our roundoff, land in this position in our chair, jump back to our handstand and pull our toes down. Again, getting a rebound in that back handspring because eventually we're going to be putting two back handsprings together also."
