"Alright, now we're going to go over drills, a couple of drills for back tucks. We're going to go over some you need a spot for. You can do these up against a wall but it's a lot better with a spot. You get a lot more of the feel of the natural tuck and back down and tuck and back down for back tucks. So for this one we're going to have a demonstrator with us. Okay, so this next part we're going to have a demonstrator. What you're going to do is, you're going to jump. Do the same stretch. Get your arms by your ears and your going to tuck your knees to your chest. Now, we're going to do this with a partner. Like I said, we did this up against a wall already but we're going to do this with a partner now. So the person is going, you're going to go ahead and stand here, reach up, jump and tuck up to your chest, and again. Good, and again. Big reach and tuck. Good. Excellent. So that is another good drill you can do with partners. There's a lot of other things you can do with a spot and again you always want a spot when you're doing these tricks. Just remember to get that big, big stretch. Unlike a back handspring your not sitting back in your chair, so much like in this position, you're doing a stretch, reaching up, straight up in the air and your tucking over the top. Just tuck your hands and go back down or the same thing where we reach, tuck our knees up and go back down."
