"The first part of our back tuck drills is going to be on the ground. First it's going too actually, it's going to strengthen up our stomach muscles at the same time. That warms us up and gets us ready for this trick. Simply what we're doing is we're lying on the ground stretching our arms above our head. This is going to be our position that we start our back tuck in, our stretch jump. What we're going to do is we're just going to tuck our knees up to our chest and roll back down. And up to our chest and back down. And faster and back down. And up and back down. The next part we're going to do is up against a wall. It's the same type of drill except we're putting a stretch into it now. It's kind of like our back handspring drill where we jumped up into it except this time we're going to be setting up, jumping and tucking our knees up to our chest for a back tuck. So, I'll demonstrate a couple of those. And that's a really good drill that you can do by yourself. Again, that?s strengthening up our stomach muscles and getting us the body position and the feel of getting into that back tuck position."
