"Alright, now we're going to talk about how we land our back handspring. When we land, we don't want to land on tight knees because if we land here, we have no room to really bounce. That's not to say we want to land on bent knees, but we want to keep them just slightly unlocked. So that way, if we land we don't want to hyper extend our knees when we land, we want to land on a slightly bent knee here. We call that a "stick" so you can stick your landings. And with that, you can also rebound. So, you hit and punch up real tight in your knees. So we're going to go ahead and try and just do a round off, land with slightly bent knees and punch off in our toes, in our calf muscles we're going to push in hard. So we're going to be pushing off that ground on our toes here. So a round off, stick and punch. Okay, so we're going to do a back handspring, stick and punch. One more time. Keep it nice and stretched out. Now we're going to put that together without pausing in between. We're going to go back handspring and rebound. And that's our basic landing and rebounding out of a back handspring."
