"In this next part we're going to be talking about cart wheels and round offs. They are really the most basic part to tumbling and yet sometimes over looked but it really is the foundation of real good tumbling. If you have a real good cart wheel and real good round off you're going to have real good long powerful tumbling. One of the best ways to practice a cart wheel is by practicing them on a line because ultimately your hands are going to want to go down sideways on a line, you're going to want to land your feet on a straight line. So if you want to just practice going here, reaching up, hands on the line, feet on the line. That's a real good way to practice it. Another good way to practice that is by getting more power is by doing it over an elevated mat. Over here we have mat over here that we're going to do a cart wheel over. So we're going to put our one foot right here on the bottom part, reach up, we're going to put our hands down in that same line, that same motion and kick over the top. We'll do that again, and go a little bit faster this time so you're going to reach and kick. The next part, we can actually take this mat, fold it up, it's going to give us a little bit of an elevated surface to do it off of so we can stand up here, reach up, put our hands down again in that same line and land on the ground. Reach down, and land on the ground."
