"Alright, Step 1 of the Mark II disassembly is, we're going to put the bolt back into action, now at this point you can pull the trigger, you don't have to pull the trigger, but what we're going to do is right here on the backstrap of the firearm is the mainspring housing, and the mainspring housing lever. What we're going to do is, we're going to take a small flat-blade screwdriver, and I'm going to just cup it inside my hand and basically protect this, protect the firearm from the screwdriver, and I'm going to insert the screwdriver behind the lever, and I'm going to pull the lever out. Now, once the lever is fully out, some of the these firearms will pull straight out, but my mainspring housing the way it was made, it's just too tight. That's when I'm going to take a small set of pliers, and I'm going to hold that lever with the pliers and I'm just going to pull the spring out. Now, as we pull it out, if I can pull it... Alright, there we go, a little catch. Now we see the mainspring housing here, we're just going to take our right hand, firearm is still in the left hand, you can hold the top of the receiver, and we're just going to pull down. Straight down, and out. And there is our mainspring housing, with the bolt-stop."
