Little step on the heel, really imagine that you're closing in on something. Step, White Crane Spreads its Wings. Separate Heaven and Earth. Really elongate the spine, whenever you can. Brush Knee, spine and waist rotation, stretching the arms and the shoulders. Gently, lightly, shift the weight as far forward as you can so the follow step is a natural extension.
