"Hi, I'm Jan Kain, and I'm going to talk to you a little bit about Tai Chi. Previously, I've taught you several exercises individually that you can practice and learn. Now, we're going to link several of those together into a nice, smooth flow. So we're going to start again in Ready Stance. Chi, opening move. And we're going to begin with the Grasping the Sparrow's Tail sequence. So bending the knees, turning on the heel, just feel the flow. Now I'm going to shift the weight, shifting forward and shifting back, filling and emptying. Ward Off. Nice strong hands. Roll back, feel the flow. Press. Lots of strength and intensity and grace. Release and push. Again, shifting the weight, using the spine and the waist, feeling that flow, turn the right toes in just a little bit, palms face, Small Eagle's Beak with the right hand, and Single Whip."
