"Hi I'm Jan Kain and continuing on with our Tai Chi lesson, we're going to piece together a really nice move combination. We're going to do a brush knee, follow step and play the guitar. So starting with white crane and you remember the brush knee. Step turn the spine and the waist. You are going to shift all of your weight forward onto that left leg, so that you can pick up the back foot. This is your follow step, really, really working on your balance. Put the foot down shift the weight back and play the guitar coming up on the heel. Right fingers point in to left elbow. If you remember we did one of these before on the other side. So showing it a little bit faster and smoother. Brush knee, follow step, play the guitar."
