"Alright, in this segment we're going to kind of play a game. You know how when you're little you use to play "Add On?" We're going to kind of put together everything that we learned in the beginning and add it all together to do something I call the "Around the World." We're going to add in our front crunch while we're in the pool, our back crunch while we're in the pool. But then you're going to add something different. When we were doing our side crunches, you're going to kick outwards except this time you're stationary the entire time. So therefore making an Around the World. You're going to crunch while you're treading water, crunch forward, in, out to the side, in, backwards, in, again to the outside, in, and to the front creating an Around the World. The entire time you want to crunch every muscle, isolate, think in your head; you're isolating forward crunch, oblique crunch, kick backs, oblique, and back to your front again. You're going to continue doing this all while you're treading water. It should be creating an Around the World. You'll see the water actually traveling around as well as we're doing it. You're moving it, all your movements are isolated. Now again, if you're not comfortable with being able to tread in water, you can make it easier for yourself and go to the wall. You're just not going to obviously do the push forward one. So you can go out to the side, to the back, to the side, and then to the back again. Just skip the middle step if you can't tread in the water and just holding on to the front there. You're still going to isolate all of the muscles that we want to work on and still get a great workout."
