"In this segment we're really ready to get started. To hop in and get our cardiovascular, get our heart pumping, release some blood flowing through our body. We're going to start out with a high knee run. Now I want to show you all these exercises first outside of the pool so that you can really get an idea of what my legs are doing, what my core looks like throughout every exercise and what my arms look like. Because it's difficult to see obviously underneath the water. A high knee run it's basically just that. You're going to pull your knees up all the way up, almost as if they're going to touch the flat of the water. So when you're in the water you'll be pulling your knees all the way up like this. In every exercise that we do, we should feel a real core workout. So while I'm doing this it's almost as I'm doing a crunch while the knees come up. Along with this, not only are we working our leg muscles we're working our abs and our inner core. We're going to be working our arms and our cardiovascular. So every part of your body needs to be insink, we need to be running back and forth using all of our muscles as we go down the pool."
