"In this segment we're going to kind of give ourselves a little break as far as balancing with our bodies on top of it and use this more with our legs on top of it but we're going to focus on our lower abdominal muscles in this exercise. We're going to use the ground for our back and that be our stability and we're going to hold the ball underneath our legs like so. We're going to come on over onto your back here and put your, rest your feet up on so that the arches of your feet and the backs of your calves are here on top of the ball. You're going to lay on your back, arms behind your head just like a normal crunch and start crunching up. Now this is going to create more of a crunch down in your lower abs, you're going to feel that pull because your legs are up here and you're still trying to stabilize that ball the entire time. The ball is still trying to rock back and forth but I'm holding it still with my legs so that I'm focusing all the way here through into my abs. A lot of these exercises require a lot of focus, a lot of mental stability. Not only are you just trying to remember to keep your abs tight and to do a normal crunch on the ground but we're also trying to stabilize this ball the entire time. So by putting our feet up here, once we do this, we're stabilizing, we're really focusing on this, we're focusing from our legs and mentally we have to remember that that ball needs to stay stable all while we do our entire ab workout. "
