"In this segment it's time to once again focus on that core. This time we're really going to work on the underneath sides of our arms core and just stabilizing. This exercise is a little bit more difficult, it's a lot more extreme as far as the ball moving underneath your hand and hard to keep it in the same spot. So you really need to concentrate. We're going to keep our knees underneath, hands are just going to go directly on top of the ball here. Remember to keep your arms, I'm going to be talking to you but keep your head in between your arms because we don't want to put too much strain on that neck. If you're pulling up too much here, you're really going to feel a pull that we don't need through your upper part of your back. Hands are going to go on here and we're going to just roll the ball out in between and then pull all the way back in. All the way out, all the way back in. Don't forget to breathe as we're doing this exercise. You're going to pull, all the way back in. And as we're doing some, you're going to feel the pull all the way through your arms as well as your abs and even your bottom because you're keeping those muscles completely tight. I'll show it one more time here. And pull all the way back in. Again, add as many repetitions as you're comfortable with, change it up, maybe don't go out as far if you're not as quiet as comfortable with this exercise."
