Some people that grab onto you may not only warrant a quick punch to the face. Maybe it’s your friend and they are holding onto you and they’re doing something. You don’t want to just start to wail in on them. This is a thumb, and it hurts if you pinch down in this fashion. It’ll normally get the hand to open up and they’ll leave you alone. If you have a good durable shirt, whenever people grab hold of your close, if it becomes necessary you can rip through your clothes, it’s not like he’s holding onto your body. So don’t think that just because he has a hold of you that you can’t move to this side and put yourself at a slighter advantage. You both your hands, bring him down it’s alright. Use a couple of choice knees will also help to loosen him up, dropping an elbow or even coming up and taking him down. It’s pretty good.
