A lot of schools will teach very fancy techniques with a lot of flare and they look great for demos, for instance coming around and twisting up these arms to escape. What makes these difficult is to lift my arms up takes an incredible amount of strength. Most of the time you’re not going to be attacked by somebody who’s smaller than you and weaker than you.
