"I'm going to use my body, not the arm, because if he's strong, there's no way. But if I turn my body, it's a lot easier. Now, he's motivated. He's really holding onto me. It's very easy. But, I'm thinking about this is the way to get away. This is also the way to get away. So, I don't want to just pull in this way, because this isn't going to help me ... unless I come out of his hand. Turn so that this and this allow a mode for escape."

on 8/2/2008 Usually, when studying a counter to a two-handed grab, the opponent has both hands on your wrist. But this is more realistic, that you can be grabbed in two places on your arm: the lower arm at the wrist, and the upper arm anywhere he can grab you. The opponent Jason has in this video is really trying to hang on, too. It's a simple move, but it's so sensible, to use your body's twisting motion along with proper arm movement. A good one.
