"JASON JEANETTE: Hi. I'm Jason Jeanette. This is Daniel Klapheke from the Elite Martial Arts of Middle Tennessee for Expert Village. This will be a cutting arm bar from a triangle position. First thing I'll do, is sit up and overhook an arm to try to keep from getting punched. Control my other wrist. Use my knee in front of his shoulder, to pull his arm out straight to help with that. The next thing, post this foot, shrimp to this side to give me enough room to snake my leg through across the shoulders here, across his neck. Lock this down, sit back out and I'm going to use my wrist bone here on the back of his arm. I'll grab my own hand, and just pull it in tight to me. Just above his elbow."
