"JASON JEANETTE: Hi. I'm Jason Jeanette. This is Daniel Klapheke from the Elite Martial Arts of Middle Tennessee for Expert Village. This will be a version of a triangle choke from the guard. A triangle choke from the guard, first thing I want to do is try to control his arms, keeping from punches. I'm going to over hook this arm keeping like a guillotine style arm lock above his elbow, above the elbow. Second thing, wrist control here to help me with that, get my knee in front of his shoulder and pull his arm out straight, so he can't do just easy wrist releases by shaking his arm around. The next thing, this foot, I'll drop it to shrimp out, to give me the room to slide this foot through. This one will go across the neck and pinched tight across the back of the shoulders, left leg will lock down on my instep, get this arm, shove it across, fight for it if you have to. My right thigh is cutting off his left carotid artery. His right shoulder and bicep is cutting off his left carotid artery. I'll reach out, grab and pull those into the choke tighter and we're done."
