So I get my vision, I paddle forward. Nice ride into the eddy, I don't know if you saw that nice big curve, but I was using the current to really accelerate myself through the turn. The changing current really turns the boat as you're coming across the eddy and I'm driving at an angle something like this, the bow goes across the eddy line and the current in the eddy pushes the bow in as the current hits the back of my kayak and pushes me right around. My job is to keep that momentum through the turn. One thing to keep in mind is you look at how I really looked into the turn and turned my shoulders, that really turns the boat because remember you're connected. So if you're turning your upper body, the boat is going to follow. So keep paddling forward, keep your boat on edge and keep looking into the turn and you'll make those really cool turns.
