"Hi! My name is J, talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today I’m going to be talking to you about very simple passing techniques that you can do. I call this the over-swoop, I made up this name. Very simple move that you’re going to do is when you’re kicking the ball or someone passes the ball to you you’re going to act like a giant pigeon and swing your foot all the way around in a big circle just like that, you can either toss it to yourself or toss it to a friend. This move is pretty simple you can learn this in about I say about a week. Again bring it up, when you bring it up you can either bring it to yourself or you can go straight on but the key to this move is you want to constantly be looking at the ball, the ball gets on your foot, you want to look it go in a circle, keep looking at it until it leaves your foot. Let me show you what it looks like…just like that. You can toss it to a friend or toss it over to yourself. Let me show you what it looks like front wards…just like that, very simple move, looks cool. You can learn this in about a week, very simple, that’s the over-swoop, thank you. "
