"Hi guys my name is J, I’m going to be talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today I’m going to be talking to you guys about hacky sacking just real basic skills, real basic moves, something that you can practice over and over at home and should be able to get within a week. A lot of these moves don’t have names and some of them do have names, I’m not going to refer them by the names I’m just going to tell you the basic movement of my foot and my back and everything else I’m going to do. The first one what I’m going to do is going to be called back stall a real simple move, you go from your foot to the back and it just keeps it there, its real simple. The thing that happens when you get it on your back is you wonder what to do with the ball, a real simple thing for you to do with the ball is just drop it right behind you, it should fall and you can catch it with your feet, once you catch it with your feet you can pick it up. It’s real simple, get it from your foot, once you get to your back, you got to figure out what to do with it, you can drop it down right behind your back and drop it down to your feet and you catch it with your feet, then you can pick it up, real simple move. I can demonstrate it again…it goes from your foot straight to your back and you let it fall back, you go back and you pick it up with your foot, just like that its real simple. This move is very effective when you’re playing with your friends cause it looks neat and it’s real easy, thank you. "
