Hacky sack is a great hobby and pastime because it requires little equipment (one hacky “sack”) and almost anybody can do it! This fun hobby was invented in 1975 by John Stalberger and Mike Marshall. The sport is also referred to as circle kicking because in an informal game of hacky sack, a group of people usually stand in a circle. Today we’re going to be talking about strategy skills for you to learn how to play hacky sack a little better not necessarily professional moves this is just you know little amateur stuff, stuff for you to learn at home real fun, stuff to impress your friends with. This move is not necessarily a hacky sack move and I will not you know some people won’t even consider hacky sack but it looks cool and it’s fun. I call this the arm stall, you’re going to stall the ball right here in your arm and pop it up, you can keep on hitting it too. Let me show you what it looks like…stall it on your foot, bring it up, catch it between your arm, pop it up you can keep hitting it too. Let me show you what that looks like…just like that, keep it up, it’s a real simple move this should take you a day to learn, very, very simple, very effective sometimes you know it looks cool you know a group of friends you can pass it like that, you can pass it to yourself. Keep practicing it, you can keep popping it if you want, you can do all sorts of stuff with hacky sack, you can do it with your left arm too if you like, just make up your own stuff be original, that’s something that I made up a long time ago.
