"Ok, we have our children over there. They're going to hit these nerf balls back to me and we're going to see how they do. This is a really fun little drill. So, if you have your own kids, or you?re a coach, or you're trying to get some kids to play better, get some of these nerf balls and just throw them to them and see how they can hit them and they'll get better quicker. Now, they're total beginners but we'll see how they do. So, here we go. Jasmine, that's pretty good. All right Mya, you ready? Now try to get it to me. That's a nice swing Mya. Alright Aiden, you're up. Try again Aiden. I'm going to give you the tougher one now. Good try. Alright Mya, you're up, I mean Jasmine, and you?re up again. Come on. You want to try a backhand now? Ok, so this is the nerf ball drill. It's really fun. It's easy for them to hit and as you can see, they will pick it up pretty quickly. But these are the kind of drills you want to build skills for the kids and you want to keep it real of simple so they don't get frustrated. And these kind of drills also are great for any kind of beginner. Because whether you're forty or sixty or ten, you want to have a nice big, slow moving target."
