How to Use Dogs to Retrieve Ducks

"Hey, this is Hugo at Expert Village. This section is on using dogs when you're duck hunting. It's early morning, the sun is coming up. It's a great time. A lot of times, in low light conditions you're going to be hunting ducks. And, once you knock one down you need something to go get it or someone to go get it. And, a dog is a great companion to have. A lot of the retrievers have been well trained. And, they're able to go and retrieve those ducks and bring them back to you. It's great just having a dog with you and being able to send them out. And, to retrieve a duck and to come back. A lot of dogs have been well trained to go and to retrieve. And, to bring downed game back to you. Also just having one as a companion is a wonderful, wonderful thing. There's a variety of dogs. You need to get a dog that, if you decide to purchase a dog or to have a companion like that what you want tot do is go to someone you trust. And, just find out information about different breeds of dogs and what's a good dog for you to have. It's a matter of preference. But, I guarantee if you hunt with a dog it's a great great time. And, it's a very very enjoyable part of duck hunting."
