" We’re going to demonstrate the leopard technique against the reverse bear hug. If I’m coming out and grabbing, and the feet have been together, it constrains her hands from hitting any vital targets. First thing she needs to do is step largely to one side. That’s going to allow this fist to reach back with the groin strike. We’re using the bottom of the fist called the hammer fist. At the same time, the opposite hand punches forward to help loosen this grip. The forward elbow now comes back, striking, as this hand goes free and strikes. We’re going to do that in one. The assailant comes up, locks both arms to the body, victims step aside, strikes, elbow comes back, this hand comes back again, and continuation. It’s called leopard scratching, it’s back. It gets that name from the repetitive twisting elbowing motion like this. I’m going to follow it one last time as I grab, this hammer fist back, and hit the groin. The opposite hand punches forward, the hand punches forward to elbow me, this goes forward elbow again. "
