"Next I'm going to show you an exercise that?s going to target your hamstrings and your glutes, it?s a step back lunge. What it is I'm going to do is I'm going to do this off the step platform. Just a basic step aerobics platform that you'll find at the gym or go to your department store to get one at home. What I'm going to do is start from this position here and I'm just going to step right back, going to step back here now what I'm going to do is keep my back straight and my shoulders back and my abs tight, and this knees that's gone back goes straight down them I'm just going to step up and alternate and you just want to make sure that that knee goes straight down and your entire foot is on the platform. That's going to ensure that you push up through your heels when you make the movement. The weights are at my sides comfortably, again, my abs are nice and tight, my shoulders are back head is neutral with my spine. Once again this exercise is going to target my glutes"
