"Hi I'm Hitesh Shah on behalf of Expert Village. Let us see how to perform Surya Namaskar. Now let us see how to relax after Surya Namaskar. Lie down on the ground. Keep a distance of one and a half foot between your heels. Relax the legs. Your palms are facing towards the sky. Your hands are at what distance from the body. Ankles are half closed. Now turn your neck to either side of your body. Relax it. Your eyes are closed without any pressure. Everything is slow. Relax for a few minutes at least after performing Surya Namaskar. Beginners should consult their Yoga expert before performing Surya Namaskar."
