"Okay on this segment we're going to focus on your forehand slice, slash, block return of serve. When I play people, if they have a really big first serve; a lot of times, I might just simplify my whole task of returning and block the first one. And if they miss the first one, on the second serve, I might attack it with a lot of topspin, but a lot of times when they know you are going to return it every time, because you're just going to be blocking it; it simplifies it. It makes them start trying to hit the ball a little harder. So actually, serving and returning, there's kind of a little tug of war or a little chest match going on. So, I'm going to serve from the mid court to Ken's forehand and he's just going to show how to slice it back. Okay, this is the most under practiced shot in tennis and so just watch what he does, kind of watch it bouncing around; and I'm going to serve it and just block it, good and again; block, move, move, move, that's it. So, you see how that blocking it; he keeps it low. He doesn't miss it and that's the most important thing. So, we are going to do one more and forehand. That's excellent. So, the forehand, slice, block return is a very, very good shot because you can move it to any part of the court with control. You're probably not going to hit a winner with it, but you can put your serving playing off balance with it."
