"Okay, the Alley Rally; what we had just finished demonstrating was just kind of a block push. Now I'm going to do a little bit of topspin in the alley. So, when you watch the pros on TV and they're able to hit these lines, it's because they do these drills endlessly. So, our ultimate goal; we're going to use the doubles alleys as our target for practice. This forces us to learn how to square up to the ball properly. Eventually, you want your goal to be down the middle of the alley, but right now, we're just going to demonstrate. There's no pressure, but we're going to hit topspin, nice gentle topspin. Nice and easy. Good shot there and I just get it back and Darren gets it back and I just hit it nice and easy. So, the goal is to learn consistency in this drill and you do forehands and backhands. So a little backhand. Oh, that's tough. Very nice shot there. So, that's an Alley Rally. As you do this more and more, you'll be able to execute it better and better. But, it's a way of learning to hit the ball straight on your on line and keeping it at the target."
