"Okay, we just: this is an extreme angle drill. We're doing forehands and backhands. This is going to be the forehand version. So Darren and I; Oh, yeah, I'm going to be over by that side line and Darren's going to stay where he's at on this side line and we're just going to hit an under spin block shot to each other. The goal is to keep it in play and we sometimes have to fool the mind. We have a hard time getting to the side of the ball. So, this drill helps teach you to get to the side of the ball without me having to tell you. You learn by doing this one. So, let's commence and let's keep it in play. Nice and easy, good. So, we're working that sharp angle. Get that, oh. It's good luck for the coach. So, you can see it's a bit of work. I can really make you move and you learn to get to the side of the ball. Oh, here we go Darren. Up, here we go again. There we go. So, this drill you can turn it into a game. You can set up targets, but it's really one of the best ways to develop standing to the side of the ball. So do this a lot and then you can make it a top spin drill and your game will really skyrocket just from doing this drill on a regular basis."
