"Okay, we're going to have Darren help us out in this one. So what he's going to do is demonstrate how to hit the ball against the wall with the shake hands also known as the eastern grip. So he's going to keep the racket up, and he's just going to block the ball, taking it off the bowls. So Darren, go ahead. So he's going to maintain a nice tempo because he has to learn how to control the ball. So be able to do this 10, 20, 50, 100 times in a row, should be your goal as a new player. And if you're an advanced player, you're going to be able to hit it at a faster pace and you can maybe even put a target on the wall. But this is a great drill and you can also use one of these nerf balls if you're inside the house. But Darren's doing a great job here, so if you keep doing this your game will improve dramatically and quickly."
