"Hi, in this segment, we're going to work with the wall. We're going to use a real basic stroke. When you watch the pros on TV, they're hitting these big, heavy topspin shots, but what we're going to do in this section is teach you how to hit a slice or a block forehand. And what this will help, what the wall does, is this will help teach you how to hit the ball. So to demonstrate, I want you to be able to just hit this ball endlessly like this. So it's nice and easy. You're developing a rhythm, and you can use this tennis ball, or if you've got a nerve ball, you can use that. But the purpose for this, is you're going to learn to watch the ball, you're going to learn to time your swing, and you're going to learn to move your feet. Because you can see if I don't move and I just stand here, it's very hard to hit it. But if I move, I can keep it in play nicely. So this trains you to learn how to hit a ball on the move. So next we're going to bring in our student Darren, who's going to demonstrate how to do this."
